SHIPPING & RETURNS
PRIVACY POLICY We respect your privacy. Your credit card numbers and other financially sensitive information are never stored in our database. This information is securely transmitted to our credit card verification provider and processor, and then immediately deleted from memory. When you place an order with us, you provide your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address. We use this information only for processing your order, notifying you of your order and shipping status and letting you know about special promotions (if you choose to join our mailing list). We NEVER share your personal data with anyone for any reason what so ever. Your information will never be sold to third parties nor given to others for marketing or advertising purposes. We want you to have a safe shopping experience with us! Gift Wrap is FREE! After you make your purchase, please email our customer service department customerservice@abbabyboutique.com with your order number and a note requesting gift wrap. We will be happy to include a beautiful handmade gift card and gift receipt, just let us know what you would like the card to say! FLAT RATE SHIPPING We currently offer a flat shipping rate of $6 on all orders regardless of weight or size within the U.S.A. We make every effort to ship all orders as soon as possible. Orders are packaged for shipping from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. Orders received after 2:00 PM will be processed the following business day. After processing, your order will be shipped via USPS. If you would like expedited shipping such as overnight or some other type of express mail, please contact us via e-mail and we will add the extra shipping charges to your invoice. You will be notified either by phone or e-mail if there is a back order or out-of-stock item. Once an order is placed, it can not be cancelled unless the item is out of stock. When you complete an order through the website, you card is charged immediately. Please note that although most items are shipped the same day or next business day, sometimes but rarely, due to high order volume it can take up to five days to process and ship your order. If your order will be delayed in any way we will inform you of the delay either by phone or email. This shipping policy pertains to products currently in-stock. Products that are out-of-stock, back ordered, or special order items will take longer to process. We notify all of our customers with a tracking number as soon as the order is shipped. Other shipping arrangements can be made upon request. If paying by credit card, simply enter your credit card information in the appropriate area. If paying by personal check or money order, we do require the check/money order to clear before shipping your merchandise. We accept cash for local pickup only. Please do not send cash in the mail as it will not be accepted and your order will not be shipped. We want to offer you as many options as possible to make your shopping convenient and safe. COUPON CODES & VOUCHERS When using a coupon code, it must be entered at the time of purchase. Coupon codes and vouchers may not be used on orders that have already been placed. You must remember to use the coupon code at the time of purchase. Coupon and voucher codes are to be entered when checking out in the box provided labeled Discount Coupon or Voucher. Coupons and vouchers may not be redeemed for cash. Free shipping coupon codes are valid for U.S. Orders only unless specifically specified for International Orders. RETURNS & EXCHANGES Simply contact us if there is an item that you wish to return. If you would like to make an exchange, please indicate what you would like to exchange your merchandise for and your choice will be shipped the next business day after receipt of original merchandise. If the requested item is out of stock, we will notify you by email of its expected ship date. If you do not wish to wait, we will be happy to issue you a refund. Returns & Exchanges must be made within 14 days from the date of shipment. Please send returns via a secured and trackable service (such as USPS Priority Mail, Fed Ex, or UPS) to: A.B. Baby Boutique, Fulfillment Center CUSTOM ORDERS Custom orders are non refundable and non returnable for any reason. The reason for this is that custom orders are well, custom and we have no use for them otherwise and they cannot be re-sold. Custom orders are treated as special and unique to the customer. Meaning that your wishes are created specifically for you! You give us the information, the ideas and the wishes and we create it for you! Please feel free to email me with your ideas and for a quote. Just because it is not on our website does not mean we cannot do it! If you can think it up, we can probably do it!
